Comprising approximately 460,900* hectares, the property is approximately 300km north of Alice Springs and 150km south of Tennant Creek, it sits on the cusp of the northern Alice Springs District and southern point of the Barkly Tablelands.

- A large pastoral holding with a central advantage to various cattle markets; approximately 100kms of the Stuart Hwy runs through the centre of the property providing reliable all-season access
- There is currently a mixed herd of Droughmaster-cross, Ultra Blacks and Santa Gertrudis
- Neutral Junction's dedicated breeding program has successfully turned off quality weaners for decades that have been sent to finishing facilities in Queensland close to large cattle selling centres and market opportunities
- Neutral Junction operates a successful hay farm on the Northern end of the property; it is a highly efficient farming operation due to its warm climate providing longer growing periods and faster crop growing times with minimal pest and weed concerns. - Neutral Junction has secured rights to water entitlements for irrigation; the allocation is a 1,654ML underground water extraction licence. A submission for an additional 6,415ML has been lodge and a decision will be granted late 2022
- There are fourteen working outstation yards and twelve trap yards. The property has twenty five equipped stock bores, twenty water tanks, ten turkey nests and five dams
- Main homestead complex has a substantial machinery shed suitable for trucks, five well maintained homesteads plus additional singles quarters, cattle yards, stables and hay shed
- Additional income is generated from the general store and the Power and Water contract, these facilities service the local community. The station benefits from the ability to connect to a main power grid
