He loved his brand new 2 bay colourbond shed where he kept his pride and joy, which was his car and boat. Everything he did he was so proud of. Proud he owned his own home, even though it needed work and proud of the position in Wilmington Street often telling me it was a high block of land, "no flood waters here". He was a grumpy old man with a big heart, always telling me what I should do. Now he has joined his wife and left instructions for me to sell his dearly loved home.
