Absolute Prime Corner Position - 1950's Home

The owners comments on what they love about their home.

It is a great location - this was a big factor for us when purchasing. We absolutely loved the garden. when we purchased the home, it wasn't nearly as lush as it is now, however we could see the potential to make it into a little oasis, which we now have.
Prospect is so close to the city and an easy walk to shops. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and all amenities. There are buses on Prospect Road that go directly into North Adelaide and the CBD. We love the ambiance of the area. It has always felt that it's a place that will grow and continue to be as popular and it has been and more. Prospect is an incredible place to live.

I feel like I'm in nature - the bird life, the vegetation, the environment is so beautiful.
The neighbours are great and very friendly.

It is easy to entertain here, with three very different entertaining areas - the western deck (which gets amazing evening sun), the kitchen (which is only three years old) is a meeting place and somewhere family and friends gather a lot, and the back-garden area with two distinct seating areas (the day lounge and dining table and chairs). We have entertained countless time at this house - year-round and have hosted intimate parties to large gatherings up to around 50 people.

Our home is red brick with a stucco finish, and the deck without question is a perfect spot to relax, entertain and enjoy nature.

The white kitchen was completely gutted and refurbishing three years ago. In the light filled lounge the French doors open out to the wonderful shade covered deck and their is a wonderful ambience on a cold night with the gas fire that looks like a 'real fire'.

There are 8.14 kw solar panels on the eastern, northern, and western side of the house and evaporative air conditioning. Land Size 700 sq metres

Our best memories of our home have been the time spent with family and friends, particularly on the deck and in the back garden/outdoor entertaining area.
We are only moving as we need to be closer to family - hence moving to Queensland. If we could, we would not be leaving. We would love to spend the rest of our life here.

The next chapter awaits after 22 plus happy years of current ownership.

This is an incredible opportunity offering pure potential for forward thinking buyers seeking excellent rewards in this exceptional location.
