About John

John Sims began his career in Real Estate in 1986. Shortly after, he relocated with his wife and young family to Roma to manage a new Real Estate business focusing on Residential and Rural Property sales. John started with GDL in 2004 as the company's rural property specialist in their Roma branch covering a substantial area of country in Western Queensland. With tremendous support from the company and staff, John has been able to settle multiple property sales year in, year out on a consistent basis. John believes that knowing your market, the ability to have that honest conversation with clients and keeping your clients informed is a good template for keeping the job as simple as it can be.
