Kevin began his association with real estate 21 years ago.
From October 1994 until 2007 Kevin held a position with Wesfarmers Real Estate / Landmark Realty.
In 1996-97 whilst in Northam he enrolled in TAFE Central to study for his Advanced Certificate of Business (Real Estate) and received his Triennial License. In February 2011 Kevin became a Co Agent with Landmark Harcourts.
Well known in the Central Wheatbelt where he was based with Landmark for many years, Kevin developed strong relationships with farmers and community members in the area. Kevin’s key area is the Shire of Victoria Plains covering the towns of Bolgart, Calingiri, Yerecoin, Piawaning and New Norcia. Kevin considers the Victoria Plains shire the 'Blue Ribbon Area' in the North being only 120 to 160 km from Perth.
Kevin believes that he offers his clients a good professional service aided by local knowledge of the farming area that he is selling in. He supplies prospective buyers with as much detail as his clients can provide when selling their most valuable asset.
Kevin services the areas of Toodyay, Goomalling, Dowerin, Wyalkatchem, Wongan Hills, Ballidu, Victoria Plains and the eastern side of Moora shire to Miling.
